My one-on-one coaching is a personalized, intentional space designed to help you grow emotionally, spiritually, and practically. This is not therapy, but a future-focused partnership that blends mental health wisdom, biblical truth, emotional intelligence, and real-world strategy. Coaching with me helps you move from awareness to action and from intention to impact. Coaching helps you shape the future. What Coaching Is Not Coaching is not mental health counseling, clinical treatment, or crisis support. I don’t diagnose, treat symptoms, or provide therapy in this space. If therapeutic concerns arise, I’ll gently let you know and point you in the right direction. Coaching is a space for growth, clarity, action steps, and transformation.
